This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets.
