This apartment is located in the Dublin/Hilliard area. You'll love the modern yet peaceful vibe as well as the amenities of the community and the area in general. We are the official corporate housing partner of the community and have a contract with them that allows us to rent this apartment to short-term guests.
After you book, you'll receive a message from us with a virtual check-in booklet. This booklet will contain easy arrival instructions, your keypad code for the apartment door (code changed for each guest), and other helpful details. When you arrive, just park right in front of the building and use your code to enter your apartment. You'll find physical keys on the kitchen counter.
This apartment features an open-concept floor plan with a spacious living area and kitchen in the center. On the left (off the living room) is the master bedroom. To the right is the home office - a room large enough to be a small bedroom, but dedicated completely to being the ultimate office space. The full bathroom features everything you need (including cleaning supplies and a starter supply of toilet paper, toiletries, etc.). The balcony is off the living room.
This property is located within a 100% smoke-free community. This means no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property - including the apartment balcony, building breezeways, parking lots, etc.
Please note that *no pets are allowed inside this apartment* under any circumstances during your stay - not even for a few hours. If you need a pet friendly apartment, reach out to us. We love pets and have other rentals where we are able to welcome them. :)
This apartment is on the 3rd/top floor. If peace/quiet are important to you, this is a big perk (no other apartments above you). But there's no elevator, so please only book if you are physically able to climb a few steps.
There's a train that goes by this community a few times a day. We operate multiple rentals here, and our guests love the location. We've only ever had one guest who minded the occasional train sounds - everyone else says it's not a big deal. We are just letting you know in advance in case you're super sensitive to noise. :)
