Our room was not ready until late and the pool was extremely cold. Staff were not concerned about this and not accommodating. It appeared to be a continental breakfast, but after getting a bowl of cereal, a staff member gave us a bill much more expensive than the cost of a bowl of cereal.

The staff was so sweet and the room was immaculate and well cared for! I also feel like they didn’t cheap out on things. For example this sounds silly but even the trash cans in the rooms were big enough to be functional. Loved this hotel! They also set up the pack n play in the room before we got there with sheets and blankets and everything!
