We had a great time. The room was perfect and comfortable. Every employee we encountered was very nice and helpful. And OMG! The breakfast buffet was amazing! If we come down again we will stay here again. Thank You again for such a nice place to stay.

We were surprised and disappointed that rooms aren’t serviced each day. We had to call for clean towels for our second day. The hotel stated that they only service the rooms every third day. Also, I never received an email receipt from Hotel, Com. We were to receive one according g the desk clerk at the hotel.

I told 3 different employees about a problem in our room each made a note and said it would be addressed. At the end of the day upon our return, it was not addressed. The next morning at breakfast they ran out of eggs! It could have been perfect but alas, it was not.
