The upstairs was mildewy and reeked of pot! None of the restaurants were open when it said they were open online! The coffee makers were in the bathroom where they could be exposed to fecal matter! No microwaves anywhere and no coffee available downstairs. The lady at the desk said she was sorry because all the places who had coffee were closed! I found a McDonald’s nearby and waited over a half hour which was not the hotels fault but when I got back the shuttle driver said he would take us anywhere we needed to get food. When I approached him later he said he wasn’t going to do it and I could see the lady at the desk was apalled! The next morning I look for breakfast because it was assured to me online would be there and they don’t offer it on weekends! For a Marriott property I was very much disappointed!

Booked through Travelocity to stay the 26th and leave the 27th. Had confirmed email & text with dates as well as paid, when we arrived to the hotel, they did not have our room and showed us the information they received from Travelocity, which had our check in date as the 27th instead of the 26th. Travelocity sent 2 different dates to us and the hotel even with confirmed date. Will never use Travelocity again.

There was loud, late-night partying and when we out to our car the morning of checkout, a car was recklessly partied at an angle, not even in a designated parking space, and very close to our car. The car had a smashed back wi Dow & scrapes and dents on it.
