Room was in poor condition and not very clean, bathroom was in poor condition, no phone in my room, charged extra for pool which was not swimmable and then front desk would not pick up my call, asked for extra coffee and did not get any, no ice machines except at the front desk.

We were told to use entrance b and that is where the main parking is. You have to go up steps or down them w tour suit cases. Then you have to walk down the long hall back towards the lobby to get the elevator but no parking near lobby. Not easy as someone that is handicap. The hall stunk from weed. Got to room and I requested a handicap room and only accessible was a bar by the shower. Unable to sit and get up from toilet bc was so low. But didn’t matter since toilet seat was broken off the toilet. The room stunk and covered in stains. They gave us another room and told us their accessible rooms don’t have accessible toilets w bars near them. Went to new room and hairs all over the pillow cases, stains over everything. Paint all coming off walls and vents so filthy it was creepy. Had to squat for the toilet bc they were so low in the accessible room. They were impossible to get off of. Tried the 24hr fitness center and cards don’t actually work there. They keep the large area before the lobby dark and very creepy walking through. Went to breakfast and it was filthy and a mess. No one cleaning up Place needs a good cleaning and up date and a ton of repairs

For one right at the start we had had to get multiple room keys because they kept deactivating on their own, then the elevators were unsafe they took you to multiple floors before getting to your floor so we had to use stairs to get back and fourth to room, the staff was very inattentive to our needs, the staff was rude and not at all accommodating, we had to switch rooms at 1am because our shower was spraying all over the ceiling when turning it on, once we switch rooms they put us in a room with smaller beds and when removing the sheet to inspect bed it was full of pee stains and red stuff, then we try to go to the pool they told us we need wrist bands we said we didn’t receive any the manager try to charge us $25 per person for wrist band we refused so she gave us one band upon entry to pool the jacuzzi had no water and didn’t work and the pool water was discolored and dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Overall our experience was horrible and the customer service provided was appalling and ridiculous! I would rate them a zero if possible. O also the extra doors to enter and exit from building were fully accessible without no key entry even tho it stated on doors key entry was needed which wasn’t true cause doors open right up with no key which is a a safety measure because anyone can enter or exit building without key entry very unsafe!

Rules are not real clean. Elevator broken had to climb the stairs for five flights. Hole in the wall. No one to talk to you about the problem. You have to find someone that works at the front desk usually unmanned

Sidewalk and parking lots were pure ice. Elevator didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. Tub was dirty. Had no towels. Asked for towels was given hand towels that I had to come down for. Next day, was told to call and they’d bring towels, 3 hours later we went to get them because they never came. My room key reset everyday when I left. I chose this location for the pool and it was closed the entire time. No tissues in the rooms. No toilet paper in the rooms. Hotel was fridgid cold. All in all - terrible experience.

There was trash outside my door. I left it there to see if they would clean it up but they didnt. The bed was caved in the middle and very uncomfortable. My key wouldnt work and had to go to the front desk but had to wait almost 45 minutes for help because they were not at the desk

Staff was great room was neat-clean I give the room an 8 the hotel a 7. The breakfast provided was terrible. I was there an hour after it started, there was no milk. It was in disorder -no real concern-my main concern was the room -no plate in microwave-kcup still in machine-no toilet paper roll was almost empty, no spare no more insight because I looked.

The room 411 smelled like cigarette smoke and there were dirty linen in front of the room door. The receptionist upgraded my room to 512 which was nice but the drain in the sink was clogged as well as the tub. We left the hotel before check out due to the drain issue

Friendly team. Great mexican restaurant attached. Here’s the low part, The hotel itself is starting to look pretty shabby. I have stayed here many times over the years and sadly, I may have to consider other options at this point. There’s no Ice Machine. The bed was broken. No trash can in bathroom. Coat rack falling off the wall. Tv didn’t work. Lamps are falling apart. I really don’t like giving poor reviews. Especially since I have stayed there for so long. But if there is not some investment to make improvements soon, the place will just fail.

The room we were in did not have heat. It was 60 degrees and the unit was blowing cold air. At 11:30 we were moved into another room after waiting for maintenance man that never showed. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. It stinks as if smoking is on every floor.

The room and the entire hotel was dirty and dark and in disrepair. The advertised pool was not open, nor was the fitness center. The few people staying there were doing drugs. We paid for two nights but only stayed one and left as soon as we could in the morning. Wouldn't have stayed even the one night if we hadn't arrived late. A horrible experience. Very disappointed in Ramada and Expedia.

Room and hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were druggies in and out of that place. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Will never EVER stay there again. First room had a blood stain on bed. Second room had a couple unknown pills on bed that I threw away. If it wasn’t for my kids and wife being really tired after the Cavs game, I would’ve drove back home. Terrible terrible dirty experience!!
