"The room was everything we required for the stay, clean functional and very well located, we had a beautiful gas fire waiting for us on arrival to the room, which with a toddler we sadly couldn’t keep on. We contacted the main reception and someone was up within 10 minutes to turn the gas off for us. Each time we had contact with staff they were friendly and helpful! The location is just 6 minutes by car to downtown Asheville parking, and 5 from the Biltmore entrance! We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation "
