The property was surprisingly clean and my room was very clean. I was extremely dissatisfied with the staff and their lack of compensating me for there inability to check me in in a timely manner...I arrived at 230pm asked me to come back at 3pm their cleaning staff had not finished up yet. They kept telling me they were sold out yesterday and rooms were not ready yet...I came back at 345. They had changed shifts but the first shift gentleman cought me and said they were still not done. I left again came back in like 10 minutes and I was going to just ask for anything they had available.but instead the 2nd gentleman was like no they are still not done but he did what the first person should have done and gave me a room that they were done with...I should not have had to wait until they were done with every room. It was completely disrupting to my stay. I was not even able to get in my room until 415 pm almost 2 hours after I originally tried to check in
