An Oasis on Mag Mile Posted Jul 4, 2015 on Expedia
Our 3 night stay provided the perfect retreat from the bustling shopping on Magnificent Mile. We had an impeccably clean, well-appointed king deluxe overlooking Michigan Avenue. We have stayed at other hotels on Mag Mile, but this is now our favorite for the service, tranquility, and quality of the room. Attention to detail was evident at every turn, including the room layout with a unique dressing area. The staff provided flawless service. The main dining room with grand views was relaxing, but over-priced. One meal is a nice experience, but we preferred breakfast at the corner street-level hotel French cafe. Terrace dining looked inviting if it had been warmer. Despite all there is to do around Michigan Avenue, we made use of the fitness, spa, and pool in the rooftop (will be particularly valuable when we return in the winter). If you're looking for luxurious, discreet, peaceful, hotel experience near all the shops/dining, without a busy lobby "scene", this is it.
