Great stay for a girls trip! Comfortable and relaxing, pool area is beautiful, fitness center is awesome, lots of beautiful walking paths outside. Sauna was broken so that was a bummer, but the steam room worked great :) Only improvements I would say is to have coffee in the lobby to make it a perfect stay. Parking was free which is great, but it was quite a long walk to the parking lot and a lot of stairs, so kinda of tricky if you’re a family with small kids.

My husband and I stayed here for a business meeting. It was nice and because I booked through Expedia the free breakfast was included. We liked that access to the sauna, steam room were included however they are in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms and not co-ed. We wanted to be able to go together. We would stay here again. We did use the hot tub and it was nice and big and had actually 3 tubs. The pool was very big and nice too.

This was a lovely and unique property. It must be spectacular in spring, summer, and fall. Large rooms, comfy bed, excellent fitness center with steam room and sauna, lovely heated pool, with a large hot tub at a perfect temperature. Food options were good, we loved the Hearth Lounge.

Very nice

Clean, good service, awesome pool - my kids loved it. I wish there were more options/selections for the included breakfast - it was fine - but we would definitely stay there again.

We will not return to this hotel. So many things to say about it. The parking is horrible during the week. They only valet on weekends. Someone visiting or it may have been staff called the cops because he didn’t get his way with parking. The room was decent, very dated and you had to pay for everything. The weight room was decent but the water machine seems like it had long standing water.

The food service in the hotel was unavailable over the phone. Then to go to the actual restaurant and find it was a full house one server and the wait on food was 45 min to an 1 hr on Valentine’s Day weekend I would have expected the hotel to be prepared. The valet needs to be better also called 20 min ahead and car still was 15 min wait when we went to the lobby.

First, this property boasts its spa and pool, but after booking, notified that pool maintenance was scheduled during our stay. That project took longer than expected, so we never had access to the beautiful hot tubs despite staff promises. The torn hotel carpets and lack of access to modify room temperature was uncomfortable and more disappointing. Spa service is not as readily available as the hotel promotes. Lots of events happening in various spaces made use of facilities impossible. Limited and overpriced dining on site. The location and surrounding nature was the only perk, but the walk to parking lot was surprising if valet parking is not available. Such a disappointment for my 2 teens and I for our long weekend getaway. Will not recommend for price and amenities.

It could have been great and relaxing.

We booked the hotel because of the picturesque pool after being on the highway for awhile. The whole family was looking for some time in the pool to relax. We check in and the pool is closed for maintenance. Why would any hotel closed their supposedly beautiful pool in anticipation of the weekend of guests. They have all week long to get it done. It was failure on their part and a disappointment.

Disappointed

Next time I’ll go to a Hilton. I thought this would be decent for a four star hotel but it was actually worse than the oak brook Hilton which I think has less star ratings. This place also gave us one roll of toilet paper for a three days and it was two people in the room. The bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the mini fridge did not work. No microwave nothing special. I’ve been to cheaper hotels that were overall better. The parking is also quite a walk so be prepared.
