Located just 1.5 blocks from the Obama residence, approx. 0.5 miles to the University of Chicago, and about 1.5–2 miles from the Museum of Science & Industry and the new Obama Presidential Center. Ideal for families, groups, or professionals seeking comfort and location.

There is ample street parking available on the block, often right in front of the property. Parking can get a bit more competitive late at night, but it is unlikely to have to find parking more than one block away. There is public transportation to downtown and other areas nearby. The Metra commuter station in Hyde Park is one mile east of the property. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are abundant. It is a 10-minute ride to Soldier Field.
