"Lovely, clean and comfortable. "
My room was pretty classy. The bed was super comfortable. It was quiet so I slept like a baby. The restaurant is very nice, food is excellent, but pricy for the portions. For a $16.00 glass of wine the portion should have been half again as full as it was. Cheese tray was also a bit sparse. You don't have to eat there, but I do recommend you stay there.

"downtown hotel"
Stayed at this hotel for just one night in Chicago. Great location. Very large room! Two double beds, kitchen, laundry and bathroom in room. Room was clean but bathroom was not so clean and housekeeping forgot to leave towels. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and available but not very good quality. We ended up eating a banana and an apple. There is NO parking with this hotel. I am not sure if that is common in Chicago. The recommendation from the staff was to use the valet parking at a near by Hard Rock Hotel- it was $65.00 for overnight! We self parked around the corner. It was around $40. Would likely stay again because of location and size of room for the price- and would hope for a cleaner bathroom!

"Great overall experience"
My daughter and I went to spend some time together in Chicago. This hotel was awesome. The Spa is exceptional. The location is the best--close to everything. Great staff. Very pricey, so be prepared. ($3.50 for a cup of coffee, $13.50 for a gin and tonic, for example) If you want to pay, it will be an unbeatable experience.

"Great small hotel in a wonderful neighborhood."
Had a great visit in Chicago for my first time and seeing where my daughter lives. Love the location of the hotel. We did lots of things and when it was time to go the lady put on the cab light and the cab was there in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was so nice and always said hello in the mornings and when we came back in from our visits. I would tell my friends about this hotel and stay there again when I come to visit my daughter again.

"Excellent Hotel"
Excellent location. In the heart of Rush street just steps from Gibson's steak house and other fine restaurants. Rooms are decorated nicely not elegant and they do have a couch. Hugh shower and newly remolded bathroom. Friendly staff.

"Awesome lodging experience!"
The TRUMP Tower is a five star, first rate, top notch experience that everyone should take advantage of if given the opportunity. The staff was first rate as they went out of their way to make sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I was given an immediate upgrade when I checked in and was simply speechless when I opened the door on the SPA level. This was some of the best sleep that I have had in years! My compliments to "The Donald" and is amazing staff.
