The ice machine was literally right outside the door. It woke us up several times. The hotel is located right downtown. We assumed it would have a Hard Rock restaurant but were disappointed it didn't.

Nice location but needs to be updated I love the location of this hotel. It was close to Grant and Millennium Park for the Taste of Chicago. Everything that we wanted to do was walking distance.
