"This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we love it!!! Great staff!! (Sam, Romaine and all the guys/girls at the front desk and the Housekeeping ladies) Thank you for everything!! Our room/bathroom was clean always and the hotel is close to practically everything: MSG, Subway Stations, Restaurants and Shops. Bonus Points for the awesome cookies they give!! We are excited to be back next year!! Thanks again!! "

"I reserved the king bedroom with no view. The hotel room was very small, but typical New York size. Great for solo travelers or maybe 2 people if you’re comfortable being close and being a foot away from the toilet with a barn door. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping which most hotels don’t do anymore post covid. Complimentary breakfast is an option and there is an onsite restaurant as well. The elevators did lag sometimes but that was the only negative. There is a Whole Foods and a convenience store just around the corner as well as coffee shops, pizza, and the 23rd street subway. "
