Hotel is quite run down. Lobby area is nice enough, but the room and upper floor hallways are not in good condition at all. The executive suite had a great layout with separate bedroom from small seating area and the unit was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to Scotiabank arena or 25 mins to CN tower.
