"The overall experience was good: friendliness and helpfulness of staff was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant, the bar services attentive and on time. The reason for not rewarding a better level to the hotel was a major inconvenience we faced at arrival. Despite the reservation for an ADA room, we were told while checking in that no ADA room was available. I spent time to speak to more than one person in the evening of our arrival to make sure the second day we will have what we reserved and prepaid for. In the morning of the following day I was the one to follow-up to see if the room was ready. No red flag raised the night before, no coordination and no preoccupation from the staff to inform me about how the hotel fixed their mistake."
