"The reason I’m giving overall 3 stars is because there was a cockroach we had to kill in our restroom and then another bug near the bed. Front desk staff was helpful but one morning we tried to go in through a side/back entrance that we had already previously been in and out through and some men at a podium made us go all the way around. It was hot so that was annoying."

"They have buffet breakfast that was pretty good but can be pricey compared to other restaurants in the area. The room service menu is also decent. The cleaning staff was very nice. We did ask for late check out given we were leaving early. We asked in advanced, since they offered. They said it was okay but to ask the morning of, which we did but that morning they said we could only check out 45 minutes later, so that was a bummer. Both our other guest, staying in another room, and us had a day where we had issues with our keys at least one day and we had to get new ones. The sink water was a bit off in smell. The alexa was programmed to go off every morning at 7 am which woke us up automatically. Other than that, it was a positive stay."
