I called ahead to see if the pool was open for the season. I was told it was open. When I got there the pool was closed the whole time I was there. I had only booked to stay there because of the pool.

I stayed for a week. The maid never showed up and some of the staff were mean. I didn't get my deposit back because they said my room was filthy, I had asked them everyday to clean my room, but it never got cleaned.
