Phone didn’t work and hot water dripped. Heat/air was noisy and confusing. Kinda dark room, small.

I love how easy this property was to get to from the freeway. It was what I expected it to be for a Best Western and for the price for the night, nothing extremely fancy but just what we needed. Very pleased with our stay.

For the price we paid we truly expected a much nicer facility. Huge gab in door, uncomfortable beds and dirty towels from previous guest left in bathroom. While the location was super close to where we needed to be this weekend, i will choose another hotel if we come back to visit again.

We arrived over an hour after check in time. First room wasn't cleaned, had no screen on the window that was open so my son reached in and opened the door, second room reeked of cigarettes as soon as door was opened, third room had someone in it, fourth room was ok.

I have stayed here many times. It’s a nice middle of the road option for this area. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, however was overwhelmed by the deodorizer/cleaning scent in the room. It was very strong for a closed small space and was hard on my sinuses. I would recommend airing out the rooms a bit or dialing it back on the air freshener/deodorizer.
