"My husband and I stayed the night before our cruise. It was an extremely wise choice. We arrived before check in so they held our suitcases till the room was ready. They delivered them just as we stepped inside, no calling to deliver room number. We walked the pier and then over to the steakhouse opposite the hotel. Excellent meal there. The next morning the hotel bell staff delivered all our bags to the ship for us. Best service ever!!!! Then we ate and spent time at the pool before embarking on Virgin Voyage’s Brilliant Lady. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!"
