"The hotel is far too expensive for the state of the rooms; it's 2026 and there are no USB, B, or C ports. They're equipped with modem plugs like in the 2000s. Old fournitures. In short, I do not recommend it."

"Central location and if you are going to the port for a cruise it is an easy 7-10 minute walk. We had three bags and the streets and sidewalks made it easy to manuever our roller bags. We walked around and lots to see nearby. Hotel was clean but the elevator is small. Staff was helpful."

"It was great that the hotel took care of our luggage when staying there for a cruise. The building is actually connected to the cruise port. Everything cost you though, and I do mean everything. Everyone looking for tips, even for just walking into any place in VanCouver. I’m glad we invested the money in this hotel, but, we reserved a double room for 4 people and the beds were literally only doubles beds, no queens at all. Made things a bit uncomfortable for our son-in-law who is a larger man. After what we paid for this one night, you would think the beds would even be at least queen size."
