"The staff were professional and the room was clean and utilitarian. The proximity to the airport is a plus. There are no significant amenities at this hotel. The shuttle to the airport had a broken door. A coat hanger was being used to keep it closed. The shuttle driver could have represented the hotel and Canada with a few words of welcome. The sign said no passengers standing but there were passengers standing as the bus was full. It left a shabby impression on all your guests. The room was expensive and there were no extras other than proximity to airport and 2 water bottles in the room. I expected much better than this."
