"Good price, easy check-in, there was some confusion about checkout time (it’s 11 AM) front desk was super helpful giving us some extra time in the pool. Trundle bed was perfect for 9yo and 12yo boys."

"This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no where to be found. I’ve called daily for over a week and reached out via message to rectify. Zero response this far! Skip this place! Not worth the headache, lack of sleep and piss poor customer service."

"Location location location! I was within walking distance for everything. My husband and I stayed the weekend with our daughter, her partner and two small children. They took the first floor bed and bathroom and we had the top floor. Spacious and clean. Wonderful visit to a quaint town."

"The cottage was quaint. It was the best supplied one we ever stayed in. It was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Newport, Jamestown, Providence, all the beaches etc. The best part was the hosts Ruth and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one of the 3 tvs wasn’t working he brought one of his own over to replace it. We highly recommend staying at the cottage ."
