Comfortable bed, room could have been cleaner there was toothpaste on the mirror and hair on the ceiling of the bathroom. Was there 6 nights, room wasnt cleaned entire stay whoch was ok with us other than having to ask for towels and only being given 1. Breakfast was great with good variety. Great gym. We did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing. Some of the staff could have been more friendly and helpful, but overall decent stay.

Girl with glasses at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional at check-in. She had very poor customer service skills and it was obvious that she does not like her job. Actually most of the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful at all because every time I passed the front desk area I noticed there were always customers standing there waiting to be helped with no desk staff to be found. I gotta give props to the breakfast staff and housekeeping staff because they were great, they were extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The room was on the 1st floor it was very clean I was not surprised because the housekeeping staff seem to actually care and wanted to do a good job. Unfortunately the shower curtain rod was practically hanging off the wall and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. This hotel could use some updating and renovating and most importantly mold remediation as I’m sure my room was not the only one that had black mold. Really don’t have much more to say… oh wait I forgot the really noisy AC unit that was a plus. Besides that Rhode Island was beautiful.

Near stores and parking is good. Condition of rooms is old and needs replacement and repairs. Couch had numerous stains on it. Tub dripped, lifting wallpaper with what looked like mold on it, next to the tub, also back of door in bathroom had curled up wood on the door, the door should be replaced alone with the wallpaper.

The hotel was great, bed very comfortable and room very clean. Noticed a red stain behind toiled that needs a little attention The costumer who was next to my room made to much noise, which was a little uncountable after a long drive.

- The carpet was both sticky and gritty - The bathroom floor was visibly greasy - Mold in every corner of the bathroom shower - Light switches were cracked and dirty - No fan in the bathroom - AC was covered in dust and lint - Furniture in the room was stained and sticky - Walls were stained - The sheets were stained with tiny brown spots - There was a towel left in the shower from the guest who stayed in the room before me - There was hair all over the pillows and the bedding I do not recommend staying here.

Rooms were very clean and in good size bathrooms were also very clean in our room. The hairdryer didn’t work just and the only other thing was we had to wait for someone to come to the desk when we checked in because no one was at the desk and we had to wait about 15 minutes However it was a very quiet location and we did enjoy our stay.
