I had to call more than 5 times to find someone to talk in your billing (no one on the front desk was able to resolve the issue) and the person was not polite and did not help at all. Room were clean I was charge an extra fee for amenities, after i had pay the hotel stay online for only 1 day. Just be ready to have your credit card on you they will charge you another 100$ for amenities.
