They were very helpful. It was a wonderful break in travel. Amazingly convenient. Cozy room. My only suggestion would be either clearer markings or clearer instructions on where to find it on the reservation.

"Our time there was short but everything went well. The shuttle at the airport was good, but the waiting area was busy. Be sure you know which Sandman you are staying at, there are two close together and the shuttle is the same for them both. The check-in was easy. The room quiet and comfortable. The shuttle in the morning was on time and made our stop over easy. "
