The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the quiet rush of water echoing against a backdrop of snow‑capped peaks. Mornings invite you to linger by the windows, watching the river glide beneath a blanket of fresh snow, while evenings offer a calm place to unwind after a day on nearby trails. The spacious, riverside home blends mountain air with comfortable indoor warmth, creating a peaceful retreat for colder‑season stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, complemented by 5 baths. Each room is stocked with bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, offering both gathering space and privacy.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, a General Electric stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dining table nearby provides a place for shared meals, and the layout makes it easy to prepare home‑cooked dishes.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior cozy, while a split‑type ductless system and central air conditioning maintain a comfortable temperature year‑round. A 50‑inch HDTV and sound system provide entertainment for quiet evenings, and reliable wifi with a dedicated workspace lets you stay connected when needed. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are supplied.



Outdoor living

Step onto a private patio‑balcony that overlooks the river, or enjoy the backyard space where crisp mountain air fills the scene. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the private entrance reinforces the sense of your own riverside haven.



Neighborhood

Located along the Roaring Fork River, the home offers easy access to scenic trails and a short 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, with Glenwood Springs 30 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, and additional street parking is available. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock simplifies arrival, and long‑term stays are welcome for guests planning an extended visit.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
