"The hotel itself is dated, although very clean. Pool on 7th floor overlooking Mississippi River is nice. The parking is in garage and feels safe but inconvenient to get to elevator with stairs to navigate. The best part is the staff. Very helpful and pleasant, all of them. The breakfast was fantastic! ..."

"Heather and Kamkia were very nice. I would not recommend the hotel, it was supposed to be a smoke free environment, yet it smelled like smoke, the bedding and mattress was ripped up, the room was overall dirty. The whole building needs to be refurbished. Would not recommend."
