Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.

Awesome host and beautiful apartment and location. Host greeted us (had great communication leading up to our arrival) and gave great tourist tips and walked us through the apartment. Apartment is more beautiful and spacious than visible in the pictures. Location was great for our family of 5 coming and going steady for 4 days.

This is a gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood in Barcelona!!! Highly recommend. I had a party of 6 and the balcony was our favorite place to gather at the end of the night. Junior and his associates were very responsive to my questions both pre-stay and during the stay. We arrived in the morning before check-in and were able to store our luggage in a locked room here so we could explore the city. When the apartment was ready, I received a message and met Junior at the apartment. He showed us around and gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants and also arranged a taxi for the airport when we left. So pleased with everything here.

This is a fantastic place with gorgeous high ceilings and a central location. We were a family group of six and it had everything we needed. The only thing that I was negative at all about was they required us to pay outside VRBO and the registration process was long and annoying. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Great location where you can walk to most anything if you choose. Also convenient to Metro and nearby markets, pharmacy, and cafes. Like most real estate listings, the photos are from back when like new. Now a little worn. Had trouble with shower drain and A/C but manager was responsive.

Lovely Loft

A great spot in a nice location with easy access to interesting sights, cafes, restaurants, and more. We survived the brutal heat wave with air conditioning, enjoyed access to laundry, and it was overall a solid spot for lounging between bouncing around Barcelona.

Beautiful flat in terrific location

This large, sunny, and well appointed apartment was the perfect spot for our stay in Barcelona. We spent eight nights and it was a great location for walking to all of the major sites in the city center, with public transport a 5 min walk. Grocery store, coffee shops, brunch spots, rooftop bars and great restaurants all within a few blocks.Rapid and clear communication with the hosts, along with easy checkin and check out details made for a smooth arrival and departure. Mariana and her team were available throughout our stay and responded quickly to our questions.Modern appliances & bathrooms - plenty of hot water, working washer/dryer, dishwasher - comfortable beds & sofa and kitchen set. Bathrooms were large with heated towel bars. Bedrooms had plenty of closet space to store luggage and gear. The large terrace accommodated both morning coffee and evening wine. The building itself was quiet and safe, with elevator access to our floor. We would highly recommend this flat for a family or a group of travelers. Great spot & great hosts!

Property was great and as described, property hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The area was great and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a future stay. Only one bad hit, the Washer/Dryer is one unit, not separate appliances, the dryer function did not work well, and the host told us that at check in. However, after already traveling for two weeks prior to checking in, being able to do wash for 4 people was high on our list. It took forever to wash and hang dry our clothes. If you don't have a need to do laundry, no issues at all, it is a great place and location.
