Incredible staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The meals were a self serve buffet which was fine with me. Good selection, flavor, and freshness. Loved the park across the street and the multiple restaurants just about 2 blocks away. Easy cab ride to the Port to catch my ship. Glad I listened to Santiago about getting a cab to the Port early because of traffic. He was absolutely correct. I’d definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and the bed was comfy! The room came with a bunch of little free amenities. I just wish the double bed wasn't 2 singles pushed together. It would have been more comfortable had it had been a full double bed. The hotel was only a 10-15min walk from the Sagrada Familia and there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants along the walk. The breakfast buffet was decent. Not a lot of variety for vegans but overall a lovely spread of food options. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a great hotel for our group of 6 travellers, we enjoyed the large cozy lobby area to all sit together in the evenings. Rooms were stocked nicely with everything you needed. Friendly staff who let us check in early much appreciated.

We stayed for three nights. Although it seems like the hotel provides the very basic necessities, it lacks the importance of friendly service from the front desk. Housekeeping is terrible; it did not clean our room until 3 or 5 p.m. We constantly had to ask for soap and body wash refills as well as toilet rolls. Did not provide any towers one day, again had to ask for them. The room is DARK and lacks functional shelving. Will not come back again.

The staff were very welcoming, accommodating & professional. The place was clean and nice, the room was big but they just need to change the pillows to a bigger one especially for people having neck and back problems. The 2 concerns that I wanted to bring up to management are the following: the window curtain railing not properly aligned i have to put a clip for privacy and around the shower bottom corners & sliding door need deep cleaning noted some black like mold ( I have picture taken & willing to share if needed).
