Nice stay with bad ending

Lovely hotel but just outside we had our bag stolen whilst stood next to it. Contained passports and money and medication. The hotel would benefit from a doorman for better security. Missed our cruise because of this.

I loved the INNSiDE Apolo! We had a family friendly room, Junior Suite, which was suitable for a family of 3 and was very convenient. Breakfast was Amazing, room super clean, and the entire property is modern and well designed with a lot of attention to details. Check in / out was quick and their was help with a taxi just outside of the hotel. Will defiantly come back!

4 night stay in connected room with 2 kids 7 and 10 in peak summer. We loved the location, the amazing breakfast, the spacious room and facilities (especially the Lovely of mini bar top ups!) and really appreciated the extra touches after we let them know our trip was to mark the occasion of a special birthday.

We spent 1 night at the property after our 7 day cruise ended. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. As cruise passengers are asked to depart by 8am we were hoping for an early check-in. It was no issue. Jorge at the front desk was great and got us into our rooms early. The property was well maintained and surrounding area is close in proximity to the pier area, within a 10 min walk.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa aquí. La habitación era moderna, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno era abundante, lo cual también estuvo genial. El hotel está muy cerca del metro, ¡así que es muy práctico para desplazarse! Gracias a todo el amable personal.
