We stayed for 3 nights. It was fantastic. Great location. Great service. Very clean. Close to fantastic shops and tourist attractions. Delicious breakfast. Room was quite hot at night but we slept with the curtain open and window open which solved that. Couldn't turn the heating down. Lovely bathroom and shower.

I would not recommend this hotel to nobody, their customer service sucks and selfish. I didn’t like the fact that due to many incidents with the airlines, I didn’t feel comfortable flying, I asked if I can modify my reservation for a later dates but the manager didn’t want to give me a credit. I didn’t event asked for a refund, I simply asked for a credit! Horrible hotel DO NOT BOOK!

Easy to get to. Centrally located. Off Las Ramblas so more quiet at night. The breakfast is so-so had better selections and quantities at other hotels but for quick bite in morning and coffee it does the job. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again as price for rooms were reasonable.

Superior desk staff

Front desk staff went out of their way to get us a room after a mistake on the app for our reservations. Beautiful facility. Soccer match made it impossible to find a hotel in Barcelona that night for under $1,000, but the front desk did it for us. Bravo!
