Rooms clean and lovely. Desk staff great, not sure what staff entrance were there for Location ideal but be prepared for park/street noise possibly. Rehearsals for upcoming event a bit distracting. Elevators slow and sometimes cancelled pickup for no reason.

Checked in at around 4am - my room was huge, clean and welcoming. It was a bit cold thought - I couldn't get the heating to work. Breakfast was nice - not a massive variety, but plenty of vegan options. Nice view of the square from the breakfast room. Late checkout at 3pm was offered for a surcharge, waived due to the problem with the heating. Good location - near shops and walkable to attractions. Would definitely stay here again. A non-alcoholic substitute for the sparking wine would have been appreciated. Expedia should make this available as an option.

Love this location and hotel quality. Really liked the water refill available just outside my room. My room had a view to Plaza Cataluña which I highly recommend. There is a public piano in the square which you a can listen to if you open your window.

There was a problem for first date check in after midnight. No many room options available and no manager for problem solving. The 2nd day the manager provided the solution which makes the experience much better after.

The hotel was nicely situated and the room was great. The pool was uncomfortably close to the restaurant, if you splashed when kicking you would get water on several tables of people eating. It is also smaller than it looks in pictures. The carpets in the hallways are a bit dated. The elevator system is not great - several times we ended up riding the elevator around and couldn’t get to our floor unless we made it back to the lobby as you choose floors from inside. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.
