The guests staying next to us runined our night. They were partying and making noise. The hotel could not get them under control. They tired but they could not solve the noise problems. When I asked the hotel to comp my last night they did not take me seriously. So we booked another hotel for the rest of our trip.

Fantastic Eixample Hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, but the staff are the true stars of this hotel. Every member of the staff was top notch! Also, lovely neighborhood to stay in. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Our room was not made up in the 3 hours we were our of the hotel, after informing the front desk with the request upon leaving for the day. The overnight room service menú was sub-standard / basically inedible. There should not be an overnight room service menú if they can’t deliver food of a basic standard. Regular room service (before 11pm was great), but the overnight food was not as pictures, cold and favorless.

Couldn’t fault it

Couldn’t fault our stay here! Very clean. We had a penthouse/attic with balcony. Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned each day and each night when we arrived back there had been a biscuit or chocolate left on the pillows. Sky bar and pool area where lovely never too busy and nice to relax there after a long day of walking. Good location too.
