The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and helpful! Good location, easy to travel to other areas using the Metro! Clean and spacious rooms! The rooftop pool has amazing views and a bar with a good range of drinks! In the evening the view is even better! The pool area does need updating but they are aware of this but we still loved having days around the pool with a cocktail in hand!

This was an absolutely incredible stay that exceeded our expectations. Special shout out to Alvaro and the entire staff- everyone seemed genuinely happy to help! The rooms are beautifully kept and the view of the city from the rooftop bar is amazing. Because of our experience here, we have now become Marriot members. If you're going to Barcelona, don't think twice about booking here!

Property was beautiful outside and inside also, staff was educated and cordial, room was ok with air conditioner too cold in a small room and not that cold on the big room, so my children was freezing in the morning on the sofa bed, we did not have a breakfast in the hotel (too expensive per person), Parking was ok but too expensive

The hotel is overall fine — modern, with great views, and we didn’t face any serious problems during our stay. However, what truly disappointed us was the way they handled a forgotten item. We accidentally left behind our child’s toy. Just five hours later, when my child remembered it, I immediately called and wrote to the hotel, but they told me they “didn’t find anything.” This was very upsetting, especially since I always left generous tips for the staff. My child is still crying when remembering the toy. So, be very careful not to forget anything there — unfortunately, you can’t count on getting it back.
