I booked for a King bed. When we got to our room, my husband and I realized they gave us two twins. We head to the main lobby to get it switched , they switched it and gave us a dirty room. They agreed to change the room again but It took a while because they said they were all booked. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and it gave 3 star hotel. Very disappointed.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Barcelona for my birthday trip to Spain. It was the best decision ever. We were greeted with a welcome drink. The rooms and restaurants are great and the staff was warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip special. But what blew me away was entering our room after returning from my birthday dinner and there was cake, a bottle of Champagne and a beautiful card. I thought my husband organized the items, but it was all the hotel idea. They saw that it was my birthday when i checked in and decided to make my day even more special. Thank you to the hotel and staff for making me feel so special. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt again.
