Very nice and comfortable hotel. Quiet and with a mall right opposite it plus public transportation is very convenient to go into city. Taxi stand and train stations are right there and you can reach anywhere to visit in the city within 15 minutes and avoid the crowds. The buffet breakfast and lobby area is excellent. The views from the room amazing. Staff cleans rooms very well and decor is very nice. The reception area staff are very nice and gave us our rooms a few hours before check in time. We were very tired after our long flight so very grateful for it.

Internet access was good but sometimes slow. Beds were reasonably comfortable for twin beds. We had a nice high floor which gave us a great view. Currently, there is a lot of construction on a new building next door to the hotel so it can sometimes be loud, but not when it's time to sleep. There is a mall within walking distance that has LOTS of food options. The amazing bakery/coffee shop, Fraggia, is here and it's AMAZING! Overall, good value for the money and lovely staff.

The hotel building from the outside is very fancy and unique. The room is clean and spacious. The location is far from the centre, but has good transport links, and is near a large shopping centre with a large supermarket and restaurants. The gym was very small, and it was nice to have a sauna in the hotel. The views of Barcelona were great from the room. The only thing that I didn’t like was the large room window that could be opened wide enough for a person to get through the open gap, and we stayed on the 22nd floor. It scared me. Also, it was peculiar that the toilet room didn’t have the sink in it and you had to go to the other area nearby to wash your hands.

The location is good; however far from the city center but transportation is easily available. The staff was fine, not much intereaction. There is a security guard that makes you feel uncomfortable, not very welcoming.

Absolutely unacceptable – deserves 0 stars This hotel is not suitable for families. The environment felt unsafe and inappropriate – it seemed to be a hub for prostitution. The room was filthy: the carpet was stained, everything smelled like cigarettes, and there was clearly weed being smoked in the hallways and elevator. The entire place reeked of neglect and felt completely unsanitary. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s nothing like what was advertised.
