"The Rundlestone was excellent. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, patient and polite. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and well maintained. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend The Rundlestone if you’re planning to stay in Banff! "

"This hotel was great! From check in to departure, the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to upgrade our room, just because. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfy. The area around the hotel was nice and there is plenty to do within walking distance.The only negative thing I would mention related to the property is that I would never eat at the restaurant connected with the hotel again. When we arrived, they put us at a table at the entry that had two floor vents shooting cold air ip at us. It was so frigid that I asked to be moved. They moved us next to a couple who they had just done the same thing to before us. They say they have an unlimited bread bad- total joke. It is literally loaf bread only and this is an Italian restaurant. When we got our meals, they were terrible. My chicken parm was completely dry. My husband ordered spaghetti which he loves but it was so nasty that he wouldn’t finish it and he rarely ever doesn’t finish food. The people next to us also had issues with their food."
