This hotel is 3 blocks from convention center but walking to the location seems unsafe, weed smoking everywhere, breakfast is very basic and we had to wait 45 minutes in line to get couple of slices of bread. It was fully booked due to a conference but they didn’t get ready for breakfast for that many people

Property was nice, buffet breakfast really good.One thing I hated was the ballet parking lady who was so pushy and almost forcing me to pay $45.00 for overnight parking in an area that he plenty parking offers for less than $30.00

Be careful before booking here. This propery isnt in a great part of town with lots of homeless across the street. We did not feel safe staying here. THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY AND WILL NOT BUDGE! Wanted to switch to a different Marriott and they would not help us.

Wonderful hotel, within a half block of The Hippodrome Theater which was the reason for my visit. Neighborhood was a bit strange so I didn’t walk around. Very nice property. Huge clean room. Comfortable and quiet. I excellent staff!!!!!!!

Not what I expected of a Marriot property. The room that I reserved was not available over an hour after check-in so I had to settle for another. Needing the key for the bathroom light is weird and a bit annoying. Breakfast was not impressive. Thankfully only one night for me. Outside smelled.
