We stay here regularly when coming to see family in the area. It's inexpensive, beds are good, and there's free coffee in the morning. That's really all I care about.

Good place to stay on a moderate budget

Quite a satisfactory hotel to stay on a low to moderate budget. Pleasant and very helpful front-desk staff (especially Mesfin and Ken). Housekeeping and room facilities ok. Free high-speed wi-fi. Recent introduction of free breakfast a new plus. But exterior grounds need more frequent and thorough attention.

Second Visit

Pros: The bed and breakfast were both good.
Cons: The people who clean should not begin so early and never go into a room that is being vacated on the day of check out!!!
Location: It is located on Route 40 at the west side of Baltimore - a busy highway. It is convenient to quaint Catonsville where there are great restaurants.
Basically I stay at this motel as I visit a 93 year old friend who lives in a retirement facility. It is very clean, offers an adequate breakfast, and the workers are very friendly. The facility is older, not updated but the beds are very excellent. WiFi works sometimes and parking can be difficult as the place is usually filled because of the reasonable rate.

Horrible Hotel

The shower wouldn't drain & they sent someone looking like an owner instead of maintenance who didn't fix it, but told me the difference between hot and cold water! Condescending attitude! Then my keys never worked n always had to go to front desk. I asked for bottled water and was "pointed" to a water fountain! Very impersonal, unprofessional staff.

Very satisfactory - good value for the price!

Pros: See above remarks.
I had what I considered a very satisfactory, multi-day stay at this hotel. It offered clean rooms, polite and hardworking staff, functional Wi-Fi, no apparent security threats, in a decent neighborhood. Also, good road links to nearby restaurants, shops, malls and banks. Overall, I rate this hotel as good value for the money, but don't expect a luxury hotel. Staff, led by Manager Kenny, deserve commendation. This comes from a hard-to-please reviewer!!

They did not have current news papers like they advertised. I could not receive any help on local transportation from staff.

Great location, just off the highway & 20 minutes to downtown. Good value for money, no frills place. Reasonable breakfast spread.

there is value here depending on what you are looking for

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
The hotel is positioned well for access on to I695 into Baltimore and the outlying towns and airport. Experience wasnt bad given the affordability of the rooms.

Gives Ramada Inn a bad name

Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. First, I paid for a king size bed, non-smoking room. No king size beds available when I got unless I took smoking. So had to go for a double bed, which is really no big deal. When I arrived, the person behind the desk was surfing his Facebook page and didn't know I was standing there. I stood at the window for a full 45 seconds before I said "Hello" and he quickly closed the browser window and then could assist me. The bathroom light was out/broken, had to shower in the dark. The continental breakfast was less than mediocre. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as there are better places around for the same money.
