I reserved an accessibility room because of a fractured pelvic bone - they had not reserved me that room so gave me another for which on my bill I was charged a $10.00 fee for an upgraded room which had hair on the floor bathroom floor that was not mine - when I went to close the shower curtain there was a used washcloth again not mine - a coach roach - and several other types of bug. I travel a lot and this was the worst.

Rooms not as pictured on website and smell of fish and curry. Probably from outside surroundings. Very disappointed you used to know to expect from a hotel based on the name but this travelodge by wyndham was very disappointing and not up to the brand. I even had to pay extra for a non smoking room. Which has always been pay extra for smoking.

This was perfect for just getting off the road for a night on the drive home. Anything longer than that, I wouldn't recommend it. Everything is filthy and or broken, sink shoots water, tub is grimy, coax is broken on the tv, the pool is scary looking. Not much care has been put into this property. Beds were fine though.

Not very clean our sheets had stains. The people next to us kept slamming the door all night. There was a homeless person sleeping by our door. Toilet didn’t flush. Would never stay there again

From checking in it was horrible clerk was rude and mad when questioned about additional charges. He gave me the worst room possible. I had requested a downstairs room close to office as I am disabled and 65 traveling alone. I was at this same motel one week prior and given a decent room within what I requested. First key to room did not work and room was on second floor farthest bldg from office. It was very late at night and there were vagrants in parking lot people in cars smoking behind building I had to go all the way back to office to get working key again I told him stairs were very difficult and I didn't feel safe that there were people at back of bldg. he said to bad it's the only room. Went back to room and room was uninhabitable. Filthy, bugs crawling I took pictures and did not stay in room The smell was horrible and I thank goodness did not bring any of my belongings into room. I tried to tell clerk about room he would not acknowledge me at the window. I sat in my car and called first thing in the morning to report experience. Requesting a refund but even with pictures got nothing. They did not even look at the pictures. I paid $60 for nothing. Something should have been done. .
