Overall, this hotel does not justify its high price point, as the lack of adequate lighting, excessive noise from generators/AC , thin walls, and the toilet being open in the shower area create a less than satisfactory experience. Being connected to a lower-priced hotel with shared amenities further emphasizes the shortcomings in quality of service and accommodations for the price. Our calls to the front desk and guest services for items like towels were never answered, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.Not friendly staff.
