"I've stayed here twice because it is reasonably close to the Vatican and so in a ten minute walk you're already experiencing stunning buildings and sites. The local area also feels less touristy and more authentic. The rooms are fine, everything is as you'd expect. There is a nearby train station that gets you into the main Rome stations."

"When we first checked in, the bathroom had a strong odor, and we ended up needing to switch rooms. The staff handled the situation quickly and moved us without any issues. We also had an early flight home, and the team prepared a takeout breakfast for us, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself feels very outdated. The bathroom especially needs renovation, and there were very few electrical outlets available in the room. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the facilities could really use an update."
