"Staff at the hotel were amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially Francesco. The hotel is lovely, beautiful grounds, nice rooms, always clean and very quiet. Location of the hotel is great and convenient, it’s walking distance to pretty much all of the major sites. A bonus was the included continental breakfast which was always fresh and had many different options. Would definitely stay here in the future. "

"Siempre nos hospedamos en el centro de Roma y esta vez por una situación nos hospedamos en este hotel, hicimos check in tarde (1 am) sin ningún problema, todo el personal nos trató muy amable y siempre preguntándonos si nos podían ayudar con algo, el hotel está bonito, habitaciones amplias, limpias y nuevas, dejamos las maletas para salir más tarde del hotel sin ningún problema , llegas caminando a 25 minutos a la fontana , sin duda altamente recomendable !! With its convenient proximity to the Vatican, Trastevere and solid walk to the glorious Roman sites you won't be disappointed in this hidden gem. 10 out of 10 we'd recommend and repeat our stay at Hotel La Rovere. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious compared to most European hotels. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed and most importantly felt clean. The elevator is also a solid bonus! The staff are an absolute delight. Sadly, we didn't get everyone's names, but a few standouts are: Andet, Gilbert and our reception extraordinaire, the always accommodating and friendly Avy. "
