"We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne."

"What you pay for isn’t what you get. Rooms are tiny and shampoo was watered down. Stand up 2’x2’ shower is just not acceptable for the price we paid to stay there. Got there around noon and was told room wasn’t ready, understandable. Come back around 2pm and was told it still wasn’t ready. Watched ..."
