We were unable to keep our trip to Alaska due to the increased risk of travel as a result of the corona virus. They refused to refund our one night stay. I have been a Hilton Honor Client for many years. Hampton has always been my first choice. I will no longer make it my choice.

The mattresses and box springs need to be replaced. The mattress had imprints from excessive use and the bed was squeaky. I couldn't tell if the color of the sheets was off white or just dingy. The sheets were a long way from white.

Short drive from the airport, easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and loved the hot tub after long days of exploring Alaska!
