The hotel is in the museum district. 2 blocks from Van Gogh, in from of the canal and just beside the Rijks museum. Rooms are small but quite comfortable. Bed and pillows are crispy fresh and amazing to rest after a long day walking. Hotel staff was super helpful.

Park Centraal Amsterdam

Well, the hotel is very well located and fantastic to have Momo (rest) as part of it. BUT unbelievable that you have stayed there +100 nights for the last 10y and not being recognised as I had before the redecoration. Even after having told the lady at checkin she tried to sell an upgrade which I obviously always got for free in the past incl present etc. Even though I keep on coming back despite the total lack of understanding on how to manage customer relationships/loyalty.

The Foyer area was really good with the bar and the pool table, allowing for some fun before heading out. Hotel is next door to vondelpark which is very convenient.
