Overall great experience, clean room with private bathroom. Loved the view to the canal. Reception was great and informative, they also rent bikes which is quite convenient, although just regular bikes not e-bikes. Overall, the experience was great and would highly recommend this property as it also offers an elevator/lift versus stairs.

The hotel was perfect for our 4 day stopover in the city. Very walkable. Nice little sandwich bar closeby. The staff were all very nice. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Great stay!

Great place to stay if you are on a budget and want to see the city! This room is very small but works great. Bed was comfy enough and location is perfect. Front desk staff was great helping with my bag since the stairs are VERY steep.

Clean lovely spot, walkable to tram lines. The only issue is with the elevator and stairs, elevator only covers the first 3 floors, and I needed to climb super dense and tight stairs to the forth floor where my room was. Awesome staff, got a bunch of cool recommendations.

The stairs inside were scary. Very steep. Luckily it had a lift. Not an elevator though. The room was extremely tight with no room to walk around. The shower did not have a door so water flowed everywhere. Floor was always wet. It was very clean and had a great view, The location was great and close to the several attractions. We were able to walk everywhere from here.

Stayed for about a week. Overall nice stay. The bathrooms were clean and the room AC worked well. The room was a tad smaller which was fine for 2 people. The stairs like any other European stay are steep! They do have an elevator. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from a main railway that can take you anywhere. Convenient, well priced, and would stay again.

Not worth the money. Spend a little more and get a better hotel. No water bottles in rooms. Elevator and stairs very limited and steep staircase. Only 2 at a time in elevator. Very archaic place and not worth it. Bathroom has no doors. Everything is on a thin thin budget. Take your family elsewhere

The hotel is clean and has everything we needed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The area is nice and quiet, allowing us to get good night's rest. The staff are friendly and helpful. You must be able to climb narrow Dutch-style stairs if your room is located in the upper floors. The location is very convenient for walking to the Rijkmuseum, Vondelpark and other places in the museum district. We liked the peacefulness of the area and are very happy that we chose this hotel and this area of Amsterdam for our stay in the city.
