"Heads up, Parking is not free. Paying $20 a day parking is extortion. We have stayed in hotels on the boardwalk who offered free parking. Breakfast was wonderful—hands down the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! The elevators, however, were painfully slow. I understand there are 10 floors, but they seemed unnecessarily sluggish. If you're in a hurry, be prepared to wait. The staff was great for the most part. There was one front desk employee who clearly wasn't very customer-service oriented, but everyone else was friendly and helpful. The gym was nice and clean. I didn't use the pool, but it was on the smaller side and appeared to be clean and well-maintained."
