Lets start with the remote control, filthy, i took a picture of the washcloth after i wiped it off, black, I am not kidding. The overall condition of the inside of the motel is terrible, stairs filthy. I walked by the front desk and the clerk had her feet up on the counter, looking at her phone!!. NOT impressed, did i mention the lack of cleanliness of the room phone? Only good thing was the person in the breakfast room, she was courteous.

Hotel under renovation, however there is no excuse for mold in bathrooms, non working telephone, no TV remote, etc. Wallpaper peeling in sheets from walls, no working ice machines, doors and walls with holes. On the only plus side, all staff we encountered were personable and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.

This hotel gives the word outdated a whole new meaning!! They are painting the outside, but other than that, the inside is awful. There was a collection if dirt and hair behind the bathroom door, the carpet was frayed and rippling and the bed ensemble looked original! They couldn’t even provide ice! All in all, a most uncomfortable nights stay☹️

Broken pool, no elevator 2 second floor....

Poorly built Hotel, all the air conditioner units vent to the inside of the Foyer,p which means it's hot in there all the time. No swimming pools out of order, no elevator to the second floor, no ice maker on the second floor, staff and computers are slow stood in line for 20 minutes to check in, three people in line. Staff has running around doing everything at the hotel and not present at the desk. And they want to charge you for breakfast?

Mismanagement Reins

Location: Nothing. I was their on business
The morale of every single employee is impaired due to lack of support by management. It is thus remarkable that the room maids do a very creditable job. There is an unpublished policy of not cleaning or renewing any towels, etc for someone on an extended stay. In other words, they treat their best customers the worst. The restaurant and bar do not keep their published hours because they have no customers. They have no customers because their food and service is so poor. One night the bar did not even turn on the lights. So one girl serves as the bartender and only waitress. An impossible job. All the furniture is in poor condition including the phone which only worked intermittently. I was told they were waiting for corporate headquarters to ship new phones. At check-in I was first offered a room that appeared to be under renovation. It took repeated efforts to get a refund for the two days I had to leave early and even with a revised accounting in hand I find that they are overcharging my credit account. It was amazing that their wi-fi worked fairly well in my room. Local gossip has it that the hotel is not paying employees overtime in a timely fashion. This is not a place where you would want to be except an emergency.
