Not really their fault but, lot of immature guests at hotel. Constant racket, think they had to kick one group out due to the on going disturbance from 9pm- 2AM. But that seems to be the Miami crowd on the whole.

Excellent hotel. Rooms and bathrooms huge and nice grounds. Beware the pool closes sunset not cool I like swimming at night and coffee shop is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!

Beautiful resort, pool is nice and the beach is gorgeous. The pool and beach staff is wonderful, but the check in and check out staff and experience was one of the worst ever. When we got to the hotel the check in person seemed to not care less if we were guests or not, no greeting and no overview ...
