You think the workers would be the first to help, but no customers. We had more customers approach us to see if we needed help than staff. Tried using the online room service, but didn't work. The food downstairs was delicious (route 66), big portions, took the rest of my food back to my room thinking I could have it later. Surprise, no microwave. You have to call to have one delivered to your room for an extra charge. All Plug in are across the room next to the tv and none next to the bed."
