"This is an older hotel that has seen better days. The hotel lobby/public areas were very hot and muggy and the AC in our room struggle to keep the room comfortably cool. There was a hole in the wall where the latch had gone through the wall and the bottom of the bathroom door was missing on one side. The pool area wasn’t very clean; there were piles of dirt/dust in the corners of the stairs. There was an extra $50 deposit we had to pay upon arrival to ensure we didn’t take breakfast food/drink out of the dining area- per the signs."

"The 7th floor had a very unique smell. Mildew and mold all the way down the hall. The bathrooms were tiny, and did not have exhaust fans in it. The towels were frayed and ratty looking. The hot tub looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in about 6 months, and smelled like mildew and unclean bodies. And Double tree was known for their cookies upon check in. No COOKIE AT CHECK IN! The bed was comfortable tho."

"When we got there we just tossed our stuff down ready to enjoy the outdoor amenities after checking into the 150$ hotel, didn’t think a whole lot till we noticed all the tables in the room were dirty and sticky, the pillows had stains and just the amount of dust was surprising, considering and assuming they clean the room after every person… The hot tub was nice."
