"Beautiful hotel and property, The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I’ve found lacking on my the last 2 stays ( in the last 2months) is the carpet in the rooms need a really good deep cleaning or replaced. In room number #447 which was my last stay ( 6/16/26) the main area walkway areas of carpet in that room was just not the cleanest. Thinking it was possibly from heavy use and or just that there was a lot of soap/ dirt residue left in the carpet after a cleaning, When walking on it even with socks on it felt stiff and almost sticky."

"I have stayed here twice in the past year. The staff are friendly and helpful; no problems there. The location is perfect for accessing downtown Tulsa. Fixtures need upgrading. Water pressure and temperature are issues; showers are lukewarm and barely enough power to rinse off. I would still return despite these drawbacks."

"We have stayed at the Tulsa Hard Rock a few other times. We were very disappointed this time to find the hot tub and the large pool were closed The facility was clean and well maintained but the casino had an excessive number of slot machines out of order. It was also disappointing to find the craps table is not opened at all on Mondays"
