"I would have rated it all 5 stars but I couldn't because I prepaid like many other's and they had no rooms for myself and many people who came for a festival and a whole school team came for a game but everyone was laid out in the lobby and told to leave and come back...it was well after 9pm and I had a concert and could not shower I couldn't take a nap from a long drive in. It was a total disappointment. The staff could only do what was available to them. Short staff no one to clean the rooms they had to call in managers and assistant managers and other workers to come clean rooms. People was going to other hotels to stay even days before I arrived and still returned to check in and was not given a room. But me and my friend booked at the same time and she got a room but me and many others did not. I am grateful that they did compensate me in the end for the headache and the staff was so sorry and embarrassed for this company to have them working knowing they have a large school group staying a huge yearly festival happening and most was prebooked and paid for yet they didn't know to staff the workers have the rooms cleaned and available before or by 3pm. Just said to see 👀 what the workers go through and have to be cussed out for what they could not control. Yet the customer suffered as well.with a ruined vacation and 1st experience at such a billion dollar establishment. Some workers even broke down and cried because they did all.what was within their power. I will retry"

"First thing after check in was the fact that after three tries with our room keys not working (front desk) re-doing keys twice, still not working, they gave us a different room. Then out of three elevators, only one was working. The hair dryer in the room did not work. We were put on the third floor. The second night, we came back to hotel and were informed that the one “working “ elevator had not worked all afternoon. The front desk clerk said she was “trying to get to it”. She took out a long stick and went somewhere. I didn’t want to wait and get stuck on it, so we walked up the three flights. We got ready to leave the next morning, and found a sign on the elevator, out of order. Do we had them to carry all luggage down three flights. Will not/can not recommend this hotel . Also, they made us sign out towels for pool, if not signed back in, there would be a $10/towel charge. I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for pool towels"
