The room was dirty. Stains on all of the pillows and towels. Kind of just a run down motel. They also don’t let you take breakfast back to your room or they charge you $50 but that wasn’t listed on the Travelocity booking, so you have to sit in a crowded lobby and eat the poorly prepared food in front of everyone else.

The room had a terrible smell like old mop water. The location is not in a good part of town. The gravy was as thin as water. When we left, there was a couple smoking by one of the exits and not cigarettes. Told the desk clerk and she just smiled.

I came here because the hotel that I was staying at wasn't safe. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the lady at the front desk. This place is secured because only guests with keycard can enter. Breakfast is great and plentiful, they are always filling the trays with more food. If I am ever back in Tulsa, this is the place that I will like to stay at again,

The hot tub was really nice. Might have beenthe hottest I've been in. Breakfast was good. Hot biscuits and gravy and sausage patties Right off the highway so i felt pretty safe. Room was clean and cool. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Will most likely stay here again next time i come through.

The prices are really affordable, the room was very clean, no funky odors, Awesome pool and a hot tub, and finally the hot breakfast they had is very delicious. I totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good stay in the city and I myself would love to come back more often.

There were no working outlets in the room except for the outlet for the tv, making it impossible to charge phones etc, no light to enter the room , only one working light in the entire room. The clerk at the desk was not pleasant or helpful at all. That outlet stand in that outlet.

I had the worst experience. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk and spoke with Zach. Zach told me to fix the toilet myself and proceeded to give me instructions. I politely stopped him and asked if he could send maintenance. He said it would take a while. I asked if he could give me a better estimation than “a while” and he said no. I asked if I could be moved to a different room and he rudely said “No. We’re busy”. I went to the front seat to speak with a manager. Zach was there and stated he was the manager. I asked for a corporate number and he said “We don’t have a corporate. This hotel is privately owned.” I asked for the owners name and number. He said “I am not giving you their name and the number is the front desk number. So it’s just going to ring back to me.” I noticed there were business cards on the counter and I took one. I noted the general managers name and number on the card. Zach held up the phone at the desk and said “It’s just going to ring back to me.” I went back to my room and my key card no longer worked. I went back to the front desk and asked Zack if he deactivated my key card. He says, “I can reactivate it for you. Maybe you had it too close to your phone.” I didn’t have my phone anywhere near the key. He smirked at me and I felt like he did it on purpose.Zach made me feel very unsafe. I checked out immediately!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s not safe for women traveling alone.

Room 243 has humidity problem and some black spots in the bathroom. For the low cost of the room its condition was good enough for us and we would stay here again. The breakfast was good as well.

It was ok. I was not in the room very much. You evening front desk person , she needs to be a bit friendlier. She did not greet me. She didn’t smile. She talk real low , I had to ask her to repeat her question. That started my stay not very good.
