The room was dirty. Stains on all of the pillows and towels. Kind of just a run down motel. They also don’t let you take breakfast back to your room or they charge you $50 but that wasn’t listed on the Travelocity booking, so you have to sit in a crowded lobby and eat the poorly prepared food in front of everyone else.

I had the worst experience. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk and spoke with Zach. Zach told me to fix the toilet myself and proceeded to give me instructions. I politely stopped him and asked if he could send maintenance. He said it would take a while. I asked if he could give me a better estimation than “a while” and he said no. I asked if I could be moved to a different room and he rudely said “No. We’re busy”. I went to the front seat to speak with a manager. Zach was there and stated he was the manager. I asked for a corporate number and he said “We don’t have a corporate. This hotel is privately owned.” I asked for the owners name and number. He said “I am not giving you their name and the number is the front desk number. So it’s just going to ring back to me.” I noticed there were business cards on the counter and I took one. I noted the general managers name and number on the card. Zach held up the phone at the desk and said “It’s just going to ring back to me.” I went back to my room and my key card no longer worked. I went back to the front desk and asked Zack if he deactivated my key card. He says, “I can reactivate it for you. Maybe you had it too close to your phone.” I didn’t have my phone anywhere near the key. He smirked at me and I felt like he did it on purpose.Zach made me feel very unsafe. I checked out immediately!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s not safe for women traveling alone.

I found the receptionist to be very exasperated, so I asked her about the reason for her sad and downcast appearance. The door to enter my room was misaligned and required a significant amount of effort to open and close. The floor and carpet in the room were extremely dirty, and the bottoms of my feet turned black after just a few steps inside. The wall unit’s cooling system was unbearably loud, waking me up several times during the night, and I couldn't turn it off due to the hot weather. The quality of the breakfast was terrible. The sausages were submerged in a pot of oil and water, and there were large pieces of paper—original wrapping for the sausages—floating among them. The lady explained that she cooks them in water to prevent them from sticking together. She then Additionally, there was one large bottle of jelly, and butter and cream cheese were served in separate bowls. Everyone had to take jelly from the same bottle and butter and cream cheese from open bowls. I had never encountered such a disaster in any motel before; it was utterly disgusting.

Unfortunately, I was only here for a short stop but I could spend a while here! The rooms were clean, there's a pool and tiny fitness center. The staff was very sweet. For the price, the place was great!

Gurpreet, the general manager, is excellent. Room was great. Breakfast was quite good. 24 hmlour convenience store on site. Location is very good for getting around Tulsa. Flying back in tonight amd we will be staying at SkyTree again/ Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This was one of the one of the worst hotel experiences I have experienced in a long time. First of all, I checked in after 10 PM and had to call from a phone in the exterior lobby in order to be granted admission into the hotel. That was an immediate signal that the area itself was significantly unsafe. but the worst was to come. Once I checked in and went to my room, I discovered that not only the air conditioner didn’t work, but the TV didn’t work as well. When I went back downstairs to report this to the front counter and get switched to a different room I found nobody at the counter. I waited along with another guest for 15 minutes for somebody to show up, but to no avail. So because it was now after midnight, I went back to my room and went to sleep with the plan on addressing this issue in the morning. When I went to the counter to check out and report the issues I was told by the receptionist that they would look into the issues, but there would be no adjustment to my bill despite the fact that there was no working air-conditioning or TV in the room. When I ask why I was simply told that there was no explanation other than the fact that I would not be receiving a refund. Customer service was nonexistent and the attitude that I received while acknowledging the hotel stay was bad was completely ridiculous. I would encourage anyone reading this review to trust this review and disregard anything you read that says this place is great. It is a lie.
