Well we paid and picked 3 rooms with double beds didn't get all 3 rooms that way.. and the remote didn't work for the TV they had no maintenance or anyone to fix it. Breakfast can only be eating downstairs unless u pay 50 dollars which is crazy

Maid should always check hairdryers in rooms and wipe down , as mine was melted around edges so i was too scared to use ! Clean room , awesome staff . Very clean property, great bed small t.v. though

Honestly not what I expected when I booked this, and the only reason i’m leaving this review is to help other people. The hotel is sketchy and I was honestly scared to leave my car in the parking lot. Lots of homeless people walking or biking around and I asked a nice lady at 7brew down the road about the area and she said it’s pretty bad out here. Said there had been a recent issue at the hotel which I don’t know is 100% true or not but based on the conditions of the hotel I’m not very surprised. When we arrived there was a black hair in our shower which neither me or my friend have anything close to black hair (blonde and pink). There was also a towel that sat in the stairwell for no joke the entirety of our stay so idk how well they clean lol. Also we were going to get in the hot tub however neither of us felt comfortable since the water was genuinely green…which knowing hot tubs I don’t think is a great idea to get in. The tvs aren’t smart tvs so you’ll have to flip through the channels on there but the remote barely works lol. I did like the bed, me and my friend both slept well and I didn’t see any bugs anywhere. Past 7 the doors at the front do lock which kinda adds to how scary the area is…i’m glad they take safety precautions but the area is just genuinely not very safe. Especially if you are two girls like us. Don’t come here expecting a nice area and a place to walk around and take pictures cause you will NOT find that here.

The sheet on the bed was ripped, but nothing I couldn’t live with. The alarm clock wouldn’t stop buzzing. I unplugged it during our stay. The check in clerk was far from courteous. She told me where the entrances where and I asked which would be closest for me she gave me a deadpan look and repeated herself.

Leaking toilet, they turned off the water to the whole hotel. Girls were getting ready for Billie Eilish and couldn’t shower or were in the middle of showering when they cut the hot water. The pool and hot tub were gross and cloudy. We needed forks and couldn’t find a single one in the whole hotel. Just spoons and knives. We came in with handfuls of stuff and asked for a cart to which they said they had some but they were being used. There was one in front of our hotel door being unused when we finally got up there. I requested extra towels, blankets, and pillows to which they said they were busy that night and couldn’t do it. All our towels ended up cleaning the bathroom floor up, and then there were no towels by the pool for hours the next morning. The staff was uninterested in helping, flat, and lazy. The hot breakfast was hot. The sausage patties were gray and everything was almost gone at 8 am and was only served until 9 am. Also, most hotels do put a 50 dollar hold on your card but I did not feel good giving them that at all and I’m bitter I haven’t received my deposit back yet.
