The room was dirty. Stains on all of the pillows and towels. Kind of just a run down motel. They also don’t let you take breakfast back to your room or they charge you $50 but that wasn’t listed on the Travelocity booking, so you have to sit in a crowded lobby and eat the poorly prepared food in front of everyone else.

I had the worst experience. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk and spoke with Zach. Zach told me to fix the toilet myself and proceeded to give me instructions. I politely stopped him and asked if he could send maintenance. He said it would take a while. I asked if he could give me a better estimation than “a while” and he said no. I asked if I could be moved to a different room and he rudely said “No. We’re busy”. I went to the front seat to speak with a manager. Zach was there and stated he was the manager. I asked for a corporate number and he said “We don’t have a corporate. This hotel is privately owned.” I asked for the owners name and number. He said “I am not giving you their name and the number is the front desk number. So it’s just going to ring back to me.” I noticed there were business cards on the counter and I took one. I noted the general managers name and number on the card. Zach held up the phone at the desk and said “It’s just going to ring back to me.” I went back to my room and my key card no longer worked. I went back to the front desk and asked Zack if he deactivated my key card. He says, “I can reactivate it for you. Maybe you had it too close to your phone.” I didn’t have my phone anywhere near the key. He smirked at me and I felt like he did it on purpose.Zach made me feel very unsafe. I checked out immediately!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s not safe for women traveling alone.

Room 243 has humidity problem and some black spots in the bathroom. For the low cost of the room its condition was good enough for us and we would stay here again. The breakfast was good as well.

The hotel is obviously dated but the room itself had everything in working order. We slept like angels after the first night and I think that was just a matter of getting settled. The other three nights were fantastic. Given the circumstances of our stay we would definitely stay there again

The stay was perfect for us as we only needed a one night stay. Fair price. The room doors in our hallway seemed to stick because a lot of people had to slam their door to close it. Just a little annoying. The breakfast was average. Room was clean but smelled of moisture. Good for a quick overnighted.
